About Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam : SJVN LIMITED, A Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Undertaking after successful
commissioning of 1500MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station in Himachal Pradesh.
Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigam invites application for the position of Company Secretary in their subsidiaries.
Educational Qualification: Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India. Additional Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred.
Position: Company Secretary
Salary Structure: Rs. 43200 – 73000 /-PM
Age Limit :Upper age limit is 45 years.
Application Fee for the exam: Rs 150 (SC/ST and PH exempted).
How TO Pay the fee : Interested candidate can pay the fee in form of non-refundable Demand Draft drawn in favour of SJVN Limited payable at Shimla, should be sent only by ordinary post to the Senior Manager (Personnel), Recruitment Cell, SJVN Limited, Himfed Building, New Shimla – 171 009 (HP).
